Shipping Methods

We are currently offering world wide international shipping through DHL. We are also offering a Pile of Loot option to consolidate multiple orders.

We take all necessary precautions to make sure your purchase arrives safely. We understand that condition is very important with collectible items; it makes a difference in display, enjoyment, and value.
If aplicable, items will be disassembled for a more secure packing. We advise to thoroughly check the package contents before discarding.
Items are wrapped in protective bubble, and individual zip-lock or clear bags may also be used. External packing may include recycled materials as we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Shipping method used is DHL Express
DHL utilizes its own tracking system. Packages can be tracked through their site https://www.dhl.com/en.html
Shipping costs for DHL are calculated based on Dimensional Weight which contemplates package weight and volume, this is why we have a base price for the 3 regions. We may send a separate payment request through Paypal for the difference in the final shipping cost, if we see that it went over the base price once the items are packed. You may contact us for a more accurate quote before placing your order.
Delivery times vary depending on country of destination. It takes about 1 week to arrive to most areas.
If by any reason the package is not delivered / retrieved and is returned to us; shipping costs will not be refunded.

This option is available for customers to consolidate several orders and have them shipped together.
It allows for substancial saves in shipping costs.
There is no time limit for this service, you can consolidate until you are ready to have your items shipped.

When ordering from Madtoyz Juguetería you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside Argentina may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are assessed when the shipment reaches the recipient’s country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local Customs office for more information.
International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without the original care taken when your shipment left our warehouse. We have no control over this process and thus cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experienced a complication with your local Customs agency we recommend that you follow up with them directly.
If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed of for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees, etc.) we will not refund any product or shipping.
